Refund and Replacement Policy

Overview

We take pride in the quality of our products. Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we provide a replacement warranty on eligible products as described below.

To be eligible for a replacement, your product:

  • Must be within the warranty period (usually 1 year from the date of purchase).
  • Must not be damaged due to misuse, water, fire, or electrical burns.
  • Must include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Products that are damaged by the customer or show signs of intentional tampering are not covered under warranty.

Replacements

If your product is defective and meets the eligibility criteria, we will replace it with the same model.

  • The customer is responsible for one-way shipping costs to return the product to us.
  • We will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement back to you.

To request a replacement, please raise a complaint from the app using the Help icon available on various screens, or email us at amonicstech@gmail.com.

Important:

  • Do not send any products back without first contacting us.
  • Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

Warranty Coverage

Most products come with a 1-year replacement warranty.

Please refer to the product page for specific warranty details.

Note: Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage or breakage
  • Water damage
  • Electrical burns or short-circuit damage

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on purchases. If you have received a defective product, please request a replacement as described above.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are covered under the same replacement warranty, but are not eligible for any refunds.

To return your product for replacement, you must first contact us for approval.
